An original miniature stamp illustration, cut by hand from paper by Laura K Sayers. The unique artwork comes signed in a handcrafted green wood and non-reflective glass frame, ready to be hung or gifted. The paint colour is Calke Green by Farrow & Ball, and the stamp is floated away from the back to bring dimension. 

Laura spent the month of March as the artist in residence in Fiskars Village in Finland, referring to her plein air sketches to create this delicate scene. To capture the stillness and slowness of her surroundings, the artwork was made with many delicate shapes of paper, cut by completely by hand with a pair of scissors originally designed in the village. Some of the details and textures were carefully painted with gouache paint.

Tracked UK delivery is free, and I ship internationally (also tracked). In some countries, a customer may be subject to customs fees, particularly if you're in the EU, although I do my best to ensure these parcels make it to their destination smoothly and quickly. Please get in touch if you have any questions and I'll do my best to advise.
